Money, Money, Money

What comes to your mind when you hear the word money?  Do you begin to feel anxious that you don’t have enough? or  Do you worry that even though you have money that somehow, sometime your resources will be drained?

My coaching clients find money to be a major source of worry and anxiety for them, whether or not they have it!  Dealing with money brings out our deepest fears, frustrations and longings.

If you are truly committed to living your Inspired Life Vision, then it is crucial that you come to peace with money – actually with your relationship with money.

Since money is such a BIG issue for so many people I have been eager to find a program to recommend that I feel confident will address the following questions:

* Do you feel money is controlling you, rather than you controlling money?
* Do you freeze or panic whenever you need to make a decision regarding money?
* Do you feel like there’s never enough, no matter how much you have in the bank?
* Does your creative energy get stuck when money is at stake?
* Would you like to make money doing the work you love?

Now I have found that program and I am eager to share with you the opportunity to participate in a free Tele-Class offered by my colleague, Deepika Sheleff.

Here’s some information about Deepika in her own words:

“I am a somatic coach. The word ‘Soma’ means body, and I teach workshops and trainings worldwide using breathwork and other body-centered techniques that help people feel their truth, express their vision and live who they really are.

In the last 15 years of coaching clients all over the world, I keep seeing how so many people get tangled up in knots around money.

Years ago I was running a marketing and design agency in Europe, and dealing every day with making offers, managing finances, and providing services for small and medium sized companies. In our first years, I was working 16-hour days, struggling with clients, and feeling totally exhausted.

When I finally looked at my emotional patterns, I discovered all sorts of fears, feelings of not being good enough, guilt and perfectionism which were sabotaging my growth. It felt like I had one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake, and no marketing gimmick could get that to change.

Luckily, I had attended some workshops on clearing emotional patterns and blocks in my body. When I tried using these transformational techniques in the arena of money, my emotional patterns dissolved, my belief structures reorganized and my creativity EXPLODED. Suddenly I wasn’t fighting against myself anymore, and I had a lot more energy available to move forward, build my business and succeed.

Within a year I expanded the business and tripled my income. I started attracting the perfect clients and having more ease and financial flow than I had ever imagined.

And now, after refining these methods over years, I’d like to share with you what I have learned.

Get a taste of this unique, body-centered approach during my free tele-class on May 22nd. In this live tele-class, you will:

  • Experience a relaxed, empowered, spacious way of being with money.
  • Uncover the ‘money wisdom’ hidden in your body.
  • Discover the 3 common emotional issues that can hold you back around money.
  • Ground yourself in an embodied stance of true presence and real prosperity.

Since I began coaching clients on their emotional relationship with money, they have experienced profound changes in their life. For example:

  • A business owner, after one session, came up with a new idea for promoting his business that brought in $100,000.
  • A woman faced her fears around money and got up the courage to leave an unhealthy marriage and her dead-end job. She’s now happily remarried and in a lucrative new career.
  • An investment adviser expanded her business by being more authentic and personally fulfilled in her work.
  • Clients often report dramatic improvements in their marriage or relationships when they get clear about their emotional patterns with money.
  • Many clients found new ways to express their creativity, got promoted or launched new ventures thanks to doing this work.

Are you ready to take a stand?  Are you willing to do what it takes to clear out the old restricted ways of being and experience your full, authentic prosperity?

Sign up for this risk-free call to get started!

I know that it often takes courage and passion to live the life you want. I would love to help money become your friend in making your dreams come true. I look forward to meeting you on the call!”

Sometimes worry can actually motivate us to take effective action. I call this productive worry, to distinguish it from its much more prevalent non-productive counterpart. If you’ve been goofing off and not preparing well for an upcoming test or major task, worrying about failing might be very appropriate (i.e., realistic). Even more, if this nagging feeling of worry causes you to buckle down and prepare more seriously, then in addition to being realistic worry, it becomes productive worry as well.

This is a valuable way to re-frame worry and distinguish what is generating the worry. Thanks for sharing your thoughs
